Property branding pitch for a Berlin real estate company styled as glossy lifestyle magazine for prospective buyers. The main design challenge was to mirror the pre-determined visual branding device – diagonally crossing coloured bands – tastefully across all designs. Considering the affluent older target audience the advertising brochure was conceived as a stylish upmarket Berlin city guide with a focus on the cultural, commercial and recreational opportunities close to its Kurfürstendamm location.
