Project — Property branding pitch for a Berlin real estate company, conceived as a glossy lifestyle magazine introducing prospective buyers to the apartment’s amenities and cultural attractions of the area.
Geared towards its prospective affluent older target audience, the sales brochure masqueraded as a stylish upmarket Berlin city guide with a focus on the commercial and recreational opportunities close to its Kurfürstendamm location. The main design challenge was mirroring the pre-determined visual branding device – diagonally crossing coloured bands – tastefully across all designs.
