Art direction property branding pitch for a Berlin real estate company. The job required echoing a pre-determined visual branding device – diagonally crossing coloured bands referencing the architecture – throughout all designs. The main element of the pitch was a glossy lifestyle magazine to hand out to prospective buyers. Considering the affluent older target audience I conceived it as a stylish Berlin guide with a focus on the cultural and recreational opportunities close to its Kurfürstendamm location.
