FAYETTE

This art direction consisted of a property branding pitch for a Berlin real estate company. A pre-determined visual branding device made up of diagonally crossing coloured bands – abstract references to the building’s architecture – had to be repeated and used throughout all printed matter and web mockups. The main element of the pitch was a glossy lifestyle magazine mockup, to hand out to prospective buyers with sections on in-house amenities and interior design. Considering the affluent older target audience it dressed up as a stylish Berlin guide with a focus on the cultural and recreational opportunities close to its Kurfürstendamm location.
